  • When working with Store Fly, do I have to prepare the shipping labels and coordinate with the last-mile courier for pick-up?
    Absolutely not! Our warehouse team will handle everything.
  • Can we customize our packaging as part of the order fulfillment process?
    The Store Fly team speaks your language and understands the importance of customized packaging; that is why we will use your packaging when demanded. While we will be happy to accept the packaging from the packaging company you work with, we do not manufacture it ourselves.
  • Can Store Fly fulfill orders coming through my website or other online channels?
    We have the experience and ability to pick, pack, and deliver orders from multiple channels. We will handle your website, Instagram page, Amazon order, or Noon order. As each has different procedures, we will work accordingly.
  • What process does the courier follow when delivering orders?
    The customer will receive a message from the courier when the shipment is ready from our end to confirm a suitable date and time for delivery. A phone call will be made to the customer if a confirmation is not made. If this is confirmed, three delivery attempts will be made to ensure that the package is delivered.
  • How long it take for orders to be fulfilled?
    For orders placed before 12PM between Saturday and Thursday, the order will be prepared the same day and handed over to the courier. Local deliveries would mean delivery the following working day for local customers. Orders from abroad may take between four and six days to arrive.
  • Where Store Fly can deliver?
    The courier companies that Store Fly works with depend on the location of the customer. We can deliver almost anywhere in the world! Only the best courier companies are partnered with Store Fly.
